Do’s
• Use by permit only. No spectators allowed on field at any time
• Only regular sports shoes with rubber soles are allowed.
• Ensure to Clean all footwear before getting onto the Turf court.
• Children under the age of 8 must be supervised by an adult.
• Guests must stay within their booked area at all times.
• Report any dirt, debris or damage to staff immediately.
• Wear all necessary protective gear while playing any sport.
• Groups must pick up all garbage on turf and in bleachers after use.
• Group leaders / coaches are required to remain with the group at all times and are responsible for the group’s conduct and compliance with all rules.
• Coaches must carry an appropriate first aid kit and cell phone.
• Ensure to Book your timeslot to reserve your spots.
• Take care of your belongings. Institution is not responsible for if lost on premise.
Don’ts
• Profanity, alcohol and drunkenness are strictly prohibited.
• No Practice: Bowling or batting practice on the pitch or adjacent areas is prohibited on match days, including the 10 minutes before play commences.
• Sports shoes with studs or spikes of any kind are not allowed on the TURF TITANS.
• Guests and Players are not allowed to hang, hold or rest on the nets.
• Guests must not use the facility in the absence of proper lighting.
• Spitting will not be tolerated in or around the premises.
• Glass containers are not permitted in the premises.
• Consumption of food or liquids other than water is not allowed inside the play area.
• No littering. Please ensure all rubbish is disposed in the bins provided.
• Allow no sharp objects that would penetrate the turf.
• Motorized vehicles/bicycles are not permitted on the turf(except maintenance vehicles)
• No Pets/tables or chairs allowed on turf unless mat is placed under equipment.
• Before leaving the premises, please return all equipment provided by us and remit the tariff charged.
Note :
• There are certain norms which all need to abide if you all looking forward to utilise the premise of TURF TITANS for cricketingpurpose.
• Since TURF TITANS located bit outskirts of the THANE city limits thane police wants to ensure utter safety Norms to our mothers, sisters, wife, gf’s, fellow cricketers to be safe n sound:
Below Restrictions imposed by Thane Police Commissioner effective from 29th March 2025 :-
• No Female cricketer or female supporters or female family members to be present on Turf premises after 9.30pm.
• No intake of alcohol on Turf Premises and vicinity around the TURF.
• No intake of any sort of drugs or substance on Turf Premises.
• No wandering around on deserted road after completion of their respected matches and tournaments which would any cause of hindrance towards functioning of TURF.
• If anyone found guilty for above norms will not be to continue their respected matches or tournaments and would require to pay to full booking fee amount along with 15000 inr compensation fees.
• TURF TITANS will not responsible for any sort of legal actions by Thane Police – Kapurwadi….for defaulting any above norms.
• Any damage to the facility will incur charges • We reserve the right to refuse entry and remove guests who break any of the above rules
• Anyone hiring the TURF TITANS facility must adhere to these standard rules and regulations of use.
